Detoxification Breaks

Detoxification occurs in two stages. It is not just a case of cleansing the bowel and drinking lots of water after a heavy session or a holiday!!

Stage 1 is the process of eliminating toxins from inside the cells of the body. If the cells are allowed to fill up with toxins, they cease functioning properly and eventually become damaged and die and this will lead to chronic disease. They can also mutate, and become cancerous. The first stage of detoxifying is to rid the cells of their toxins and this can take time. Once the process of eliminating toxins from within the cells is activated, we must turn to Stage 2 which eliminates the toxins from the intercellular spaces and the blood.

You will be given the opportunity to begin the process of detoxification at the Complimentary Health Clinic with a Full Body Massage which stimulates the circulation and lymphatic system, a Float, Steam and Sauna and, if requested, a Full Body Wrap. These will initiate a movement of toxins out of the body.

More importantly, you will be given advice on how to remove toxins from within the cells of your body, dietary and lifestyle measures, and additionally, you will be presented with a comprehensive pack of detox supplements, a colonic cleansing kit and a recommended diet. You may ask questions about anything relating to your health all the time you are at the Complimentary Health Clinic.

Detoxification breaks can be taken as follows:

A Single Day, when, after a consultation lasting 30 minutes you will have a colonic irrigation, a massage (60 minutes), a float (60 minutes) and a steam and sauna (60 minutes).

A One Night Stay, with accommodation in a superior or twin room with breakfast plus the Single Day package.
For 1 person, cost £155
For 2 people sharing, cost £138 per person.

A Two Night Stay, with accommodation in a superior or twin room with breakfast plus the Single Day package.
For 1 person, cost £210
For 2 people sharing, cost £190 per person.

A Five Night Stay, with accommodation in a superior deluxe room with breakfast plus consultation and detox guidance (90 minutes), 3xtherapies (total 180 minutes), 3xfloats, steams and saunas (total 360 minutes) plus a detox pack.
